How I work

As a lifestyle photographer, this is always my goal.

I want to give you an experience that feels easy, relaxed, and a little bit magic. The kind of session where you walk away thinking, “That actually felt like us.”

And when you look back on the images, you don’t just remember how you looked — you remember how it felt to be there, in that moment.

About this session

This particular shoot — a beach maternity and family session with beautiful Brooke, her little boy, and her husband — was exactly that. One of those afternoons where everything just clicked.

The toddler was wild and wonderful (as toddlers should be). Mum and dad embraced the chaos (bless them). The light? Absolutely dreamy — soft, golden, and wrapping around them in all the right ways.

Real moments, real memories

We played in the sand. Chased waves. Built castles. Had quiet moments in between. We stopped for cuddles when little legs got tired, and snuck in some extra belly rubs for the soon-to-arrive baby.

There was laughter, there were sandy kisses, and a whole lot of love.

No stiff posing. No forced smiles. Just moments — real ones — unfolding in front of my camera. Exactly what I want when I create candid family photos for the families I work with.
