Editorial Maternity Session in Broad Beach - Gold Coast

Starting the new year with a bang : Please let me introduce you to my Editorial Maternity sessions. There is nothing wrong with traditional photo sessions but why not mix it up a little and create images that truly resemble you! Alysha did the jump into the unknown with me and let me tell you, we had a blast.

Creating an editorial shoot demands a bit more preparation so we started to talk about the location and look we were after already a few weeks before the actual shoot. We looked up locations and discussed the overall feel and look we wanted to achieve.

Then I went out looking for outfits. I looked at thrift shops, in our own wardrobes and searched online until we had the outfits together we loved. We decided to go with a beautiful Underwear set by Bimby & Roy , Forest Green Impala roller skates , a We had a few back ups too in case we changed our minds mid shoot.

Then we had a chat to our incredibly talented Hair & Make Up artist Emrezy Artistry and she dreamed up the perfect look to go with our concept. We also talked through what props to bring and made a time schedule as we hired a location that suited us best. And then it was time to have some fun.

This Concept is brand new and as it requires quite a bit of planning, I can only offer a limited number of Editorial Sessions. I do hope to be able to offer more and more of these truly unique and 100% personalized Maternity Photography Sessions.
